Happy Monday everyone!
I know the very beginning of the week feels extremely drab, but today I have created this lovely little Spring List & I’m sure that this is going to brighten up your day. There’s the perfect spring lipstick, perfume, outfit ideas & so much more. I have mixed some new products with some oldies, so keep scrolling for a boost of all things cute & pretty. ❤
- The Spring Lipstick
Recently, I have been obsessed with lipsticks and I would sway between brights or sheer shades of lipstick during summertime, so I’m sure that I would have different preferences after a couple of months. But for now- I am absolutely loving bright pinks for spring. Mac Speak Louder used to be my all-time favourite pink, but then I got my hands on Lakme 9to5 Creaseless Fuschia Field and I have to say, it is an exceptional lipstick. The longevity is so much better and the formulation is extremely creamy. I have reviewed it with all minuscule details over here. So check it out, people. 🙂
- The Spring Perfume
Now I cannot stress enough on how utterly pretty this bottle is! If you ask me, this bottle sells the perfume to me. I mean- would you just look at that rose shaped cap & black bow!! Ahhh, the packaging has such a whimsical, vintage vibe to it, which is complemented beautifully by that thin, black grosgrain ribbon bow. Did you know that the bow is reminiscent of the white shirts & bow-ties which were a signature of the early Dolce&Gabbana catwalk shows. Pretty cool, right? 😎
Oh, & its priced at Rs. 3850/ 30ml bottle.
- The Spring Co-ordinated Sets
Co-ordinated Sets have been all the rage lately, and last month I discovered that Koovs has some really impressive ones on their website. Koovs has seriously been amping up the game with their new styles every week, & I have to say that I’m quite impressed. Whether you want a Palazzos Set, Skirt Set or a Maxi-skirt one- they have it all and they have it in abundant variety. Here are my favourites from their collection. You know my style- anything pastel and floral has me at the first look. 😛
- The Spring Makeup Tutorial
Ohk, I don’t really share makeup tutorials here, because I suppose there’s already so much of it around that people don’t need anymore talking about it. But I saw this tutorial a couple of days back, & I think this is such a different, yet wearable look. Most of the time when I’ve seen youtubers try bright spring colours on eyes, I’m always like- “Yeah right! Where on earth would I put on makeup like THAT and go?” ❗
But not this one. It has super pretty colours, blended out to perfection. Plus I think Arshia’s really good at her work. Check it out, the video is right here. 🙂
- The Spring iPhone Cover
Ok, so honestly, I bought this case in January when Accessorize was having a sale. I got this super pretty case at a whooping 70% off and I was so damn excited! Haha, well, in Mumbai, even January-February is practically like Spring so there’s nothing stopping me there. I love this case- it is so sturdy and has all these crystals attached, & even though I did drop my phone a couple of times, 😳 this case has stayed the same. What else can I ask for? I love it soooo much! ❤
- The Spring Dream Shoes & Nails- Christian Louboutin Spring 2015
Oh, Christian Louboutin-why do you have to carry that price-tag which obviously requires an arm and a leg! 😦 But oh well, every girl can dream, and with all of this madness on Cinderella happening everywhere I look- I just had to dream about shoes! 🙄 Now whilst I’m drooling over their lovely Spring 2015 collection, did you know that they have introduced a Python Vulcano Limited Edition Nail Color Coffret as well, this Spring? The Collection includes three shades- Salonu- which is a white cement like shade, True Blue and Hot chick which is a vivid shade of Yellow.
Packed immaculately in a lovely box, these shades and the others available from Christian Louboutin can be purchased from nordstorm which has started shipping to India- so yayy to that. This box has been priced at a whooping Rs. 6000, but they have their other previously released shades as well. Although even 1 nail-paint from their regular collection can set you back anywhere between Rs. 3000-3700 so that’s obviously oh-my-GOD-so-frickin’-expensive! 😯
Oh, & while we’re at it- this is my absolute favourite pair from their Spring 2015 collection, which I can only dream about. Sigh! That colour is so exquisite and would you look at those scalloped edges! Didn’t even bother to check the price. 😛
- The Spring Mirrored Shades
Now I haven’t found a pair that I love yet, but I totally vouch for this trend. It has an insane ability to instantly glamorise any outfit, and at this Spring/Summer time (well, not Summer yet, but you know what I mean), these kind of shades are all that you’ll need. Check the following street-style inspirations and you’d know what I mean:
I hope you guys had fun scrolling through this List for I surely had a lot whilst preparing it. I have some other very special announcement but I cannot disclose much about it right now. But that’s not to say that I can contain my excitement even one bit. Stay tuned for more information.
Have a great day & thanks for stopping by!
